Terms of Service

1. Parties & Acceptance
This agreement binds you (“Customer”, “User”) and Nexus LLC, a company registered in the State of Qatar, which operates the TenderStatus platform (“TenderStatus”, “we”, “us”). Nexus LLC is affiliated with Felixfusion, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States. Accessing tenderstatus.io constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Those accepting on behalf of an entity confirm they have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Platform & Services
TenderStatus provides AI-powered procurement intelligence, currently featuring:
- Tender Discovery — tender and opportunity discovery
- AI Proposals — AI-assisted bid response drafting
- Knowledge Base — secure enterprise knowledge base
- Document Generation — AI procurement document generation
Service access depends on active subscription tier.
3. Accounts & Security
Users maintain credential confidentiality and must report suspected unauthorised access to contact@tenderstatus.io immediately. TenderStatus is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Billing follows the Pricing page terms. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider [Payment Processor]; users agree to their terms. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except under the Section 5 guarantee and auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
For the Tender Discovery Annual plan, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. Requests go to consulting@tenderstatus.io within 30 days; refunds process within 5–10 business days on a case-by-case basis. This excludes other plans and accounts violating these Terms.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI outputs (summaries, drafts, documents) serve informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or financial advice. TenderStatus is not liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from decisions made based on AI-generated content. Users bear sole responsibility for reviewing and approving content.
7. Acceptable Use
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading bid information
- Reverse-engineering or bulk data extraction
- Unlawful purposes under Qatari or international law
- Interfering with Platform integrity or availability
- Sharing credentials with unauthorised parties
Violations trigger immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and brand assets, are owned by Nexus LLC or its affiliate Felixfusion, Inc. Users retain ownership of uploaded data and grant TenderStatus limited processing rights for service delivery.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance receives advance notice. TenderStatus is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (Azure, the payment provider, or AI providers) or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
TenderStatus’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate via written notice; access ceases at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatar’s competent courts unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
13. Changes to Terms
TenderStatus updates these Terms periodically with at least 14 days’ email and in-platform notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
